Ruvin Jayasuriya

Ruvin has experience litigating business disputes of wide-ranging scale and complexity in state and federal courts across the country. His experience includes cases ranging from single-plaintiff employment discrimination suits to bet-the-company intellectual property litigations and nine-figure antitrust matters. He is experienced in all phases of commercial litigation and thrives on handling novel, complex and technical issues.


Ruvin studied law at the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis. Before joining Mitts Law, Ruvin practiced at large law firms in Minneapolis and Philadelphia where he developed his skills litigating on behalf of clients ranging from individuals and startups to Fortune 500 companies.
