Emily L. DiPaolo
Emily joined Mitts Law in February 2022, bringing with her nearly a decade of civil litigation experience. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of matters, including toxic tort product liability cases and zoning litigation. During her career, Emily has handled a large-volume case load of nationwide cases, managing them from inception through resolution, achieving consistently favorable results for her clients.
Emily earned her law degree at South Texas College of Law in Houston, where she excelled in intramural moot court and mock trial competitions and was awarded the Leroy Jeffers Moot Court Competition Best Brief Award. Emily was also selected to participate in the Summer Trial Academy, which helped her develop the skills necessary to be a successful litigator.
