Biography
Mark concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing companies ranging in size from large international corporations to privately-held, regional companies in areas such as contract disputes, business divorce, corporate governance, corporate fraud, accounting malpractice, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, breach of covenants not to compete, bankruptcy, insurance insolvency and antitrust counseling and litigation.
Mark works with his clients to identify, leverage and effectively respond to all aspects of their legal exposure drawing on his experiences gained during over 12 years of practice, including nine years at Blank Rome, LLP, where he was a partner. Mark has successfully represented many small to mid-sized privately-held corporations in a variety of litigation matters including representing a Pennsylvania manufacturing company in litigation against a world-wide, publically-traded contracting partner; a retail business owner in the negotiation and ultimate resolution of a business divorce and partnership dispute concerning a $2 million capital investment; a health care management company in litigation concerning a breach of a management agreement and claims for tortious interference by a third party; and numerous companies in obtaining preliminary injunctions to enforce the companies’ rights under non-compete agreements and to protect their trade secrets in courts across the country.
In addition, Mark has in-depth expertise in electronic discovery matters. He is a frequent lecturer on the subject and has led a number of seminars on management of electronic discovery and complex litigation.

Professional and Community Involvement
Mark serves as Vice-Chairman of the Medford Township Recreation Advisory Board and the Medford Municipal Alliance Committee. He also acts as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

Mark volunteers as a pro bono attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates and Women Against Abuse Legal Clinic.
