Michael J. Duffy

Michael’s practice includes all types of litigation, personal and business bankruptcy, electronic commerce and trademark law. Michael has successfully represented numerous individuals and businesses of all sizes in a wide variety of complex litigation.


Michael, a former small business owner, also lived and worked overseas for several years, serving as the Corporate Training Program Director of UNESCO Vietnam, gaining invaluable international business and legal experience while developing the country’s connections to the transnational corporate community. Michael helped multinational corporations engage with, and understand the needs of, their local labor force, as well as worked with the local employees to become a more substantial component of the international business community.


Michael continues to capitalize on his business background by combining entrepreneurial experience with legal expertise, always working towards his clients’ success.
