Mary L. Rose

Mary's practice has focused on defending corporate clients in personal injury, products liability, consumer fraud, and commercial real estate litigation. She has handled all aspects of complex civil cases, including multi-plaintiff suits, class actions, and multi-district litigation cases filed in state and federal courts across the country.


Mary has worked at one of the world's top financial institutions within its Private Bank division. Within this role, Mary provided superior service to some of the world's wealthiest individual and institutional clients.

  • Mary was a contributing researcher for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's 18th Annual Real Estate Institute presentation "Damages and Limitation of Remedies Clauses in Real Estate Contracts and Their Potential Consequences."

    Mary is an alumna of the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group. She has also served as a Mentor and Panelist for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.

    Mary has performed pro bono work for the Legal Clinic for the Disabled and Philadelphia VIP.
