Biography
Christine focuses her practice on representing management with regard to labor and employment matters. She has extensive experience providing companies and not-for-profit entities with training, counseling and litigation avoidance strategies related to reductions in force, the WARN Act, FMLA, discrimination and harassment, employee termination and discipline, wage and hour compliance and the administration of personnel policies.
In addition to serving as legal counsel, Christine's experience includes defending private and public sector employers with respect to the ADA, Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA and the NRLA. She also represents private and public sector entities in collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice hearings.
Christine has also authored and spoken on a variety of labor and employment issues, which have most recently been included in the Legal Intelligencer, the Corporate Counselor and Inside the Minds.
Christine joins Mitts Milavec from Blank Rome, where she was a Partner in the Employment, Benefits and Labor practice group.
